This table is used to set the internal points used to define the
inside/ouside of a surfacique mesh. It has to be specified to
orient some surface cells which are not necessarily well oriented
by mesh-generators to define the volume
in which radiation is taking place.

For very complex cases with several volumes and lots of surface,
 users may help
the automatic detection
by specifying non ambigous points
(near wall for examples and far from a sharp
 pic or near an edge).
Be especially carefull when dealing with configurations with symetries
or periodicity.
In 2D, the points to set has 2 coordinates (to be indicated in m).
